The perfect solution for corporate full-day events, fundraisers & school fairs

As our most cost-effective cart-hire offering, our ‘Scoop-It-Yourself’ hire package offers you 24-hour hire of our vintage ice cream cart. We drop our beloved cart off to you, stock you up with the ice cream (in flavours and quantity of your choice, of course), make sure you have plenty of cups, cones and serviettes to give your guests the full experience, offer a short demo with all the must-know info and leave you to it! We also come and collect our cart when your hire period is finished.

This package is the perfect opportunity for any instances you would like to charge a per-person price for cups of ice cream - and we are proud to see our special little cart utilised across many worthy fundraising causes, too!

Day or night, you can further customise our cart to meet your theme or represent branding. From personalised cups & signage, to the mesmerising glow of our festoon lights - we promise to bring the vintage charm & timeless fun.

Please note that we require a security deposit for when booking our Ice Cream Cart for our Scoop-it-yourself service option.

  • We serve award-winning, locally made ice cream and gelato. We have over 30 flavours to choose from and can serve up to three flavours from our cart. With dairy free and gluten friendly options, we've​ got someone to please everyone!

    Some standa​rd customisation options include a monogrammed/branded cart wrap, a custom decorative awning & bunting or monogrammed gelato cups.

    Whether you’d like us to fit into a gorgeous event theme, or bring unique pop of braning - we’re always willing to discuss how to make your dream come to life!

  • Our cart most certainly can! We are based within Brisbane, but delivery to the Sunshine & Gold Coast - and even further for special occasions - is also possible.

    Simply get in touch so we can provide an accurate quote to include any travel fees.

  • Yes they sure are! We also have an A2 personalised sign with your name and flavours listed for your guests.

  • We have an AC powered freezer on our cute little cart! We can also use our inverter if needed for beach or garden venues (fees apply).

  • The cart is approx 2 metres long - please advise us if you plan on putting it in a tight corner or in a lift... this little baby won't go up stairs as its very heavy and needs to ride in a goods service lift (most hotel service lifts will accommodate)
